After a number of iteration, the client chose the staggered marble tile pattern for the wall, and a monolithic form for the reception counter. The reception counter is made of metal box structure with Krion cladding. The planter boxes follow the same material logic, only here two separate monolithic forms were chosen by the client.
By the time I joined EKArchitects in 2019, Forum was already under construction and most of the architectural design submissions were completed. I was tasked by the project architect Bhuiyan A.R.M. Tareque to collaborate with the principal architect Ehsan Khan and prepare 3D model and drawings for the entry lounge of Forum.
