Given the railway station at the south and the water body to the east, the main build form is stratigically placed as a sandwitch by alloting public place to the west and semi-pubilc zone to the south.
My initial concept developed from the lobby space. Considering the lobby to be a semi-open space, with floating roof and green at the centre, I placed all other functions to encircle the grand lobby.
