Ruins are the constant reminder of a city’s past glory, however neglected they might seem.

The repurpose strategy of Raleigh’s E.B. Bain Water Treatment Plant envisions a communal healing space by integrating a food hall, an arboretum, a community garden, and a series of sensory therapy spaces.

The project uses advanced documentation tools (Drone Shots, RealityScan), ideation techniques (collage, PointCloud Animation), and game engine (Unreal Engine) to visualize the proposal of the adaptive reuse.
